Due to the nature of our product, all sales are generally final. If your item is defective, it can be exchanged within 3 days of purchase. Hair must be unused and in the original package with the original tags still attached. Removing the tags, cord and origional packaging makes the hair final sale.

Custom wigs are final sale.
